Sociedad Anónima was a dance/music collective dedicated to the creation and performance of interdisciplinary pieces, taking improvisational methods as the basis of their development.

Cage II is an independent dance film video created between Sociedad Anónima, and directors Clemente Castor and Kim Torres.

This short film explores the idea of communication, our search and necessity of it, as well as the difficulties that may arise from it. This topic is not only seen within the narrative of the film but also in exploring the dialogue between music, dance, and cinema in the process of its creation. The story is based on a fragment of David Foster Wallace’s “Infinite Jest”, which refers to a movie also entitled Cage II.
