La Kriego is the collaborative project of sound artists and musicians Fernando Feria & Emiliano Cruz, nurturing soundscape born out of noise, ambient, improvisation and experimental music.

They began performing at underground parties in Mexico City, in the summer of 2021 they recorded their first album, “I”, which was later presented at Casa Patricio. In November of that same year they performed at the Anahuacalli Museum at the Sound+ Festival. Throughout 2022 they prepared an installation piece which was presented on Fall of that same year at the Rogue Car Art Gallery curated by Danny Polonsky at NYC, USA. And have been playing various live concerts.

They have collaborated with artists from various disciplines such as directors Clemente Castor and Kim Torres for the production of the videodance Cage II (2021), choreographer Timoor Afshar for the music of Zeitorgan premiered at the Stuttgart Ballet (2022). In November 2022 they collaborated with avant-rock group La Cal in the piece Movimiento Para 36 Cuerdas presented at Casa Versalles. And on May 2023 they worked with Sofia “Lola” Ramirez and the Phi Movement Collective for a collaborative performance called “La Velada del Sapo”. Most recently they worked with Mabe Fratti and Concepción Huerta for a new collaborative album to be released on January 2024.
